Day Two: Practice, Intuition & Application

Prerequisite: Attendance of Day One

• Gassho meditation and integration check-in

• Byosen scanning, noticing energetic sensitivity in the body

• Reiji-ho, listening to intuitive guidance in Reiki

• Chiryo, allowing Reiki sessions to unfold naturally

• Full self-Reiki practice

• How to offer Reiki to another person with consent and structure

• Partner Reiki practice, giving and receiving

• Kenyoku, a clearing and grounding technique

• Ethics, boundaries, and responsible practice

• Building a sustainable home Reiki practice

Confidence, practice, intuition, and learning to share Reiki safely.

Certification & Professional Path

This training certifies completion of Usui Reiki Level 1.

Upon completion, students receive Reiki Level 1 certification, which:

• Confirms completion of attunement and training

• Establishes the foundational energetic initiation into Usui Reiki Ryoho

• Allows you to begin a personal Reiki practice and offer informal Reiki to others

• Provides the required foundation for continuing into Reiki Level 2 and Master training

Reiki Level 2 is the natural continuation of the Usui Reiki Ryoho path, deepening both the spiritual and healing dimensions of Reiki practice, including distance healing, symbol work, and expanded energetic awareness.

Reiki Level 1 is the essential entry point into this system and the beginning of a lifelong spiritual and healing practice.
