My work follows a simple structure I call the Trauma-Informed Reiki Framework. It’s a compassion-centered approach designed to support nervous system regulation and present-moment peace.

Sessions begin with a brief check-in, followed by clear consent and intention-setting. Reiki is offered in a calm, grounded way, with touch always optional and pacing guided by what feels safe for you. We close with a short integration moment and, when helpful, a simple practice you can take into daily life.
