For this special outdoor Reiki Dance, we explore the connections that sustain us, within ourselves, with one another, and with the living world.

Through Reiki, breath, somatic awareness, live music, and intuitive movement, we will draw inspiration from the forest as a living expression of interconnection. Grounding, natural movement, and shared rhythm become opportunities to experience support, reciprocity, and the joy of belonging.

Root into the earth → grounding, breath, sensory awareness

Move with the living world → organic movement, rhythm, intuitive dance

Practice reciprocity → giving and receiving, boundaries, optional connection

Return to belonging → Reiki, stillness, rest, integration

An invitation to remember that we are not separate from nature or one another, but part of a living community.
