REIKI DANCE™
A Live Healing Experience of Music, Movement & Reiki
Join us for a restorative journey designed to support deep relaxation, healing, and connection with yourself.
We begin by setting an intention, channeling Reiki, and listening to the wisdom of the body. Guided by live music, you will be invited to move intuitively and let dance become a meditation and a personal ritual for embodying your intention. The experience concludes with a soothing sound healing journey for rest and integration.
You are welcome to dance, rest, receive Reiki, or remain still. This is a supportive, consent-centered space where everyone can participate at their own pace.
Facilitated by Reiki Masters Daniel Montoya and Alice Belle, with live music by Simon Davis and Emily Sclar and a Sound Healing Experience by Grace Elin.
No Reiki or dance experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water.
