Reiki Dance — Online Session is a live, guided movement experience you can join from home. You’ll receive access to a non-downloadable video session that supports the practice with grounding, intention-setting, and gentle somatic prompts, so you can feel embodied and present.

Each online session is held in real time with facilitator assistance throughout. You’ll be guided step-by-step, with options to ask questions, receive support, and modify the practice to match your body, energy, and comfort level.
